She brings over 25 years of asset management and investment experience. She was most recently a senior executive at BlackRock, a global investment management firm. During her tenure, she helped lead its US and Canada Institutional Client Business as a member of its management committee, and played a pivotal role in leading the strategic growth and transformation of the business. She built and had direct P/L responsibility for a number of BlackRock’s most important client relationships, including asset owners across the federal government, corporate and public plan sponsors, and foundations and endowments. In addition to Lilian’s role at America’s Frontier Fund, she is a senior advisor to Hawai’i Green Growth (“HGG”). HGG, recognized as a United Nations Local 2030 Hub, is an NGO bringing together public and private partners to address sustainability issues for Hawai’i.
Lilian earned a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan, and started her career with Peterson Consulting, LP, a global litigation support consultancy. Lilian is a CFA charterholder.
